Açık Adresim'i hesap olmadan kullanıyorsan bulutta senin adına saklanan bir veri yoktur; yerlerin yalnızca telefonundadır ve uygulamayı kaldırdığında silinir. Bu sayfa, Google ile giriş yaparak yedeklemeyi açtıysan hesabını ve buluttaki verilerini nasıl sileceğini anlatır.

1. Uygulamadan sil (en hızlısı)

  1. Açık Adresim'i aç ve Yerlerim'e gir.
  2. Sağ üstteki hesap düğmesine (adının baş harfi) dokun.
  3. Hesabı sil'e dokun ve onayla.
  4. Google hesabını doğrulaman istenir; doğruladığında silme hemen gerçekleşir.

2. E-postayla talep et

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan (ör. telefonunu kaybettiysen) bize yaz. Talebi, uygulamada giriş yaptığın Google hesabının e-posta adresinden göndermen kimliğini doğrulamamızı sağlar.

Neler silinir?

  • Firebase'deki Açık Adresim hesabın: Google hesabının adı, e-posta adresi, profil fotoğrafı bağlantısı ve kullanıcı kimliğin.
  • Bulutta yedeklenen tüm yerlerin (ad, adres, koordinatlar, kategori, tarihler) ve silme işaretleri.

Neler silinmez ya da saklanır?

  • Telefonundaki yerler bulut silmesinden etkilenmez. Onları uygulamada tek tek silebilir ya da uygulamayı kaldırarak tamamen kaldırabilirsin. Android yedeklemesi açıksa Google hesabındaki cihaz yedeğinde de bulunabilirler; bu yedeği Android ayarlarından yönetebilirsin.
  • Google hesabın silinmez; yalnızca Açık Adresim'deki hesabın ve verilerin silinir.
  • Reklam verileri Google ve Unity tarafından kendi politikalarına göre işlenir; reklam kimliğini Android ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsin.
  • Silinen veriler Google'ın sistem yedeklerinden sınırlı bir süre içinde kalıcı olarak kaldırılır.

Sadece verileri silmek istersen

Hesabını korumak ama buluttaki yerlerini silmek istiyorsan, uygulamada yerleri tek tek silmen yeterli: silinen yerin adı, adresi ve konumu buluttan da kaldırılır. Bunu e-postayla da isteyebilirsin; talebinde "yalnızca verilerimi silin" yazman yeterli.

Ne kadar sürer?

Uygulamadan yapılan silme anında gerçekleşir. E-postayla gelen talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlar ve sana e-postayla bilgi veririz.

Delete your account and data

My Postal Address (Açık Adresim) for Android · Developer: the developer of Açık Adresim

If you use My Postal Address without an account, nothing is stored in the cloud for you: your places live only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app. This page explains how to delete your account and cloud data if you turned on backup by signing in with Google.

1. Delete in the app (fastest)

  1. Open My Postal Address and go to My Places.
  2. Tap the account button (your initial) in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.
  4. You'll be asked to confirm your Google account; once you do, the deletion happens immediately.

2. Request by email

If you can't access the app (for example, you lost your phone), write to us. Sending the request from the email address of the Google account you signed in with lets us verify it's you.

Send deletion request

If your email app doesn't open, send an email with the subject "Account and data deletion request" to bm.sinanumit@gmail.com.

What is deleted?

  • Your My Postal Address account in Firebase: your Google account name, email address, profile photo link and user ID.
  • All places backed up to the cloud (name, address, coordinates, category, dates) and deletion markers.

What is not deleted or is kept?

  • Places on your phone are not affected by the cloud deletion. Delete them one by one in the app, or remove them all by uninstalling the app. If Android backup is on, they may also be in the device backup in your Google account, which you can manage in Android settings.
  • Your Google account is not deleted; only your My Postal Address account and data are.
  • Advertising data is processed by Google and Unity under their own policies; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.
  • Deleted data is permanently removed from Google's system backups within a limited period.

If you only want to delete your data

To keep your account but remove your places from the cloud, just delete the places in the app: a deleted place's name, address and location are removed from the cloud too. You can also ask by email; just write "delete my data only" in your request.

How long does it take?

Deletion in the app is immediate. We complete email requests within 30 days at most and confirm by email.
